I came to London in 1999 and started working as a pizza chef at a restaurant called Capricciosa, which was inside a hotel. I worked there as a chef for two years and continued with the same company for 14 years. In 2013, the hotel became part of Autograph Collection (Marriott), and I stayed on until 2021.Throughout these years, I've been fortunate to know and work with talented chefs, learning many techniques in the process. My favorite dishes are simple yet flavorful. I had the pleasure of meeting Raffaele in 2019, and in 2022, he helped me open a restaurant for a company in Hackney. In 2023, we decided to open this restaurant together.
